On Monday, pictures of Nigerian soldiers dislodging bandits and terrorists from their hideout in a forest near Abuja surfaced online. The pictures portrayed the heavily armed soldiers patrolling the forest with wide and close-up shots showing them ready for the bandits.
However, Nigerians on Facebook reacted to the news. Some described it as a mere show having no real impact.
